We accept cash, local checks, and all major credit cards. (There is a 2% charge on all credit/debit card purchases.)
There is a $25 Charge for returned checks.
Orders are processed in the order that they are received.
Payment is due on pick up day. (COD).

Privacy

All customer information is kept confidential.   When you place an order for the first time, you will be assigned a customer
number. This number is yours to keep.  You will need this number to pickup your order.   Only you will know what you ordered.


Discounts from Suggested Retail Price (SRP)

10 % discount
on case/bulk items you order plus any other discounts that apply if you pay cash.

Discontinued.... 3% discount on any single item you order plus any other discount that may apply if you pay cash. When
you order a single quantity of an item, we have to buy a case of it, and then break open the case to place the item in your
basket, and this is very expensive for us, so there is fewer saving. We reduce the cost by requiring that only 75% of a case
must be filled of any one product to be ordered. If we can't fill 75% of a case the item may be cut from your order.


Receive a 5% discount on your order if you don't live in Alpine, have travelled a long way, over 22 miles, but are not a visitor
and pay cash; plus any other discount that may apply.   We know it's expensive to travel so far to pick up your order; we hope
this will help.

  • Your order is sorted for you, there is no volunteer work required.
  • Carts and baskets are available to carry your order to your car.
  • Handicapped/senior assistance. Have your order taken to your car for you.



Shipping Information:
Orders are Cash on Delivery only (COD). Pick up your order in Alpine. We are open three days a month - the third Thursday,
Friday, Saturday of every month.

When an order for an item is placed, enough customers have to place an order for this item to fill 75% of the case. The
remaining 25% of the case will be store inventory that anyone can add to their order on pick up day. If we can't fill 75% of a
case, that item may be cut from your order. You can see if your item will be cut on the “Ordered So Far” page http://www.

Also, some items may be out of stock from the distributors

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We guarantee our products. If it spoils to fast, you don't like it, or its not what you thought you ordered, email us and we will
refund your money for the returned item.


After you place your order online, the order is sent to us and then when we process it. We will assign a customer number to
you, and then send you an email with a receipt that shows you order and the discounts that applied.
