After the deadline, the item will be cut from your order because not enough customers ordered it.

Before the deadline:

Buy more of the item or buy more of an item that is close to meeting the
minimum.

After the deadline:
There are no options for you to add or change your order after the deadline has
passed.

RED LIST (X): This means that not enough of this item was ordered and will
be cut from the list, unless you place another order to bring it up to the
minimum. It may also mean that this item is out of stock or season.

GREEN LIST (G): This means enough was ordered but may be
consolidated into one product type.
Example: CUCUMBERS, people ordered cucumbers from several different
origins. We will order cucumbers with the best volume discount that meets the
order size from one origin. You may not get cucumbers from the origin you want.

The green items may also be items we decided we want in the store as
inventory so we lowered the minimum order size threshold selectively; this is
done on items we think will be popular or that have a long shelf life.

WHITE LIST (case): Filled cases, you get what you ordered.

ORANGE LIST: To be determined (TBD). Waiting or out of
stock.

PURPLE LIST: Local produce is seasonal, may not be
available.

UPDATED DAILY

ORDER ID = is your order number. You can find your
order number on the subject line of the confirmation
email that was sent to you when you placed your
order. Example: Order 515 from catalog yhst-
56622618763636. With this you can see if it is the
item you ordered that will be cut or not.

LINE ID = tells you on what line the item is on your
order.
PRODUCT CODE = is the item number.
QUANTITY = line is the amount that you ordered.
CUT = X means the item will get cut if not more of
the item is ordered.
G means the item will be ordered.
instck = Product is in stock in Alpine.
local = Product is from local origin.
os = This item is out of stock.
case = A case was ordered by a customer.
TBD = We are waiting for more orders to
come in, or out of stock.
LTD = Seasonal, limited availability.

NAME = is the item description, type, size, case size,
and origin.

may get cut. Last to order gets cut.
